Maid Cafe Simulator Walkthrough: Starting Your Cafe

A practical Steam beginner walkthrough for orders, receipts and restocking, with clear limits on unverified late-game chapter steps.

How do you run your first cafe shift?

Maid Cafe Simulator puts you inside the cafe in first person. Your core job is to prepare drinks, serve customers and handle the register while keeping supplies available. Follow the current story objective as you learn that loop; do not treat cafe level alone as proof that a chapter is complete.

This guide covers Steam App 3232690, using the full-game launch information checked on October 10, 2026. It is a beginner operations walkthrough. A complete chapter-by-chapter route has not yet been independently verified.

Work through the service loop

  1. Read the order. Use the requested drink and the recipe information available in your game. The store lists three preparation station types; it does not publish their complete ingredient sequences.
  2. Make and serve the drink. Keep the preparation and delivery tasks moving. Maids can share cafe work, so check which jobs they are assigned before you try to do everything yourself.
  3. Scan the receipt at checkout. Handle the customer payment and return the required change. The achievement for exact change measures a consecutive streak, so a correct transaction matters even when sales are already high.
  4. Restock before a shortage stops service. Order supplies through the phone. The official description identifies the Maidroid courier as the delivery system.
  5. Review the next objective. Story progression opens additional characters and systems. The full game continues beyond the demo’s first four chapters.

Which early achievements match these operations?

Operation Steam achievement What to track
Open the cafe Maid Cafe Opened Put the cafe sign up
Complete a sale First Sale Your first completed sale
Learn a recipe The First Cup First recipe discovery
Give correct change Exact Change Pro 20 correct transactions in a row
Keep up with demand Not a Single One Missed More than 20 customers in one day, with none leaving unserved

These are achievement objectives, not a mandatory order of tutorial tasks. The complete achievement reference separates public objectives from the three hidden entries.

How do you continue past the demo?

The launch announcement says the demo ends within the first four chapters and caps the cafe at level 10. The full game raises the cafe cap to 40 and the maid cap to 15, adds the remaining story and brings Yuki, Jennie and Momo into the roster as the main story introduces them.

If you already played the demo, select the save marked [Demo] on the full game’s save screen. Read the demo save transfer guide for the distinction between that launch transfer and the older demo save reset.

The progression guide explains the confirmed expansions, festivals and two stage systems. Exact late-game upgrade costs and the individual requirements for all thirteen chapters remain unverified here.

What should you check if the story stops advancing?

Check the active objective and the location or time it names. At launch, players reported missing an outdoor nighttime reviewer conversation and attempting a promo photo before closing the cafe. Those are specific community reports, not universal fixes. Use the sourced troubleshooting checks to identify the matching situation.

Where does this walkthrough get its information?

No firsthand playthrough is claimed. Recipe quantities, optimal worker assignments and a complete story route need additional verification before being added.
