Maid Cafe Simulator Progression: Levels, Upgrades and Stages

Check the full-game cafe and maid level caps, expansions, Maidchelin visits, festivals and the difference between the two stage systems.

What are the full-game level caps?

The developer’s launch announcement sets the cafe level cap at 40 and the maid level cap at 15. The demo cafe cap is 10. A demo limit is not evidence of a full-game progression bug.

System Full-game information confirmed at launch
Main story 13 chapters in the Steam store feature list
Cafe level Maximum 40
Maid level Maximum 15
Roster Five maids; Yuki, Jennie and Momo join as introduced by the main story
Festivals 13 festivals rotating through the calendar
Maidchelin Judge visits after requirements are met
Dance Stage Live performances during shifts, with additional tips
Performance Stage Filming every fifth night

Which upgrades does the full game add?

The announcement confirms main-hall and kitchen expansions, a brewer, professional cooking stations and a second register. These additions expand what you can do in the cafe. It does not provide a complete cost table, an optimal purchase order or a numerical worker-capacity formula.

Use the upgrade requirement shown in your active objective. If your problem is specifically a fifth maid who cannot work, see the staff-capacity community report. That report supports checking the main-hall expansion; it does not independently establish an exact level threshold.

For the underlying order, receipt and supply loop, start with the beginner walkthrough.

How do Maidchelin visits and three stars work?

The developer says judges visit when their requirements are met, and Steam publishes a Three Stars achievement. That confirms the rating goal, but does not supply every condition for each star. The store’s description of the ambition to reach three stars is not a numerical scoring formula.

At launch, a Mission 6/7 discussion identified a missed nighttime conversation outside the cafe before a reviewer visit. It is a community check for that particular situation, not a universal three-star route. The troubleshooting guide explains the evidence and its limits.

What is the difference between the two stages?

Stage Published role Published timing
Dance Stage Maids perform during a shift and generate extra tips During cafe work
Performance Stage Film a performance, choosing maid, outfit, song difficulty and target shots; take the post-performance photo Every fifth night

Treat these as separate activities. A request involving the performance camera or promo photo is not necessarily referring to a Dance Stage shift. The launch materials do not publish score thresholds or the exact controls for each shot.

What should you know about festivals and sales?

The launch announcement confirms thirteen rotating festivals. The Peak Season achievement requires $1,000 earned on a single festival day, while There’s Money in This tracks $50,000 in cumulative sales. Those counters are different: neither description establishes an optimal daily-profit target.

The achievement table lists these objectives alongside service and collection milestones. No festival-by-festival profit ranking is claimed here because it would require verified prices, costs and demand data.

Which sources and limits apply?

Checked for the full Steam release on October 10, 2026. Exact upgrade prices, all chapter transitions, judge scoring thresholds and optimal income strategies remain outside this verified overview.
